Willow Bakery sits on East Main Street because this is the street where people in Willow Springs live, work, and pass each other every day. We didn't choose a location — we chose a community.

Everything we bake starts from scratch: flour, water, salt, time. Our sourdough ferments overnight. Our pastries are folded by hand each morning. Our coffee is roasted to complement the bread, not compete with it.
